our hard copy said same... and was a few days later in postal mail than i expected but could have been due to our postman being off on everyone's mail by one address all way down street on day i was expecting :bonk:

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

i received my confirmation today in a piece of paper from USCIS that i am officially in TSC. The letter was written in all buearacratic language, i can expect since i listen and work with government official everyday.despite

of all MY USA is still great who gives you a chance to become CITIZEN of this great nation someday. i know some rep/dem massing up but I LOVE MY USA. what ever happened.

07-26-2010: I-130 package mailed.

07-30-2010: Package delivered.

08-11-2010: Money Order Cashed by USCIS.

08-13-2010: Touched

08-16-2010: Received NOA1 hard copy.

08-01-2010 is My Priority Date

I just got a letter from USCIS stating that my case has been transferred to texas service center. I was expecting to get approved when I first saw the letter. Oh god, how long it will take alone to get approved. I received my NOA1 on 9th July and has seen no touches so far. I hope we see the approval soon.

I also received my hardcopy notice in the mail today stating the same. The notice date is November 3. Can't wait for the first approval at TSC!

08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
