My case is nearly identical to yours pingwins, just my walk in was a little earlier, and nothing has been touched since 11/17/10 same as you.....

my local office is NYC, was wondering what yours is??

My case is similar to you guys too .... I filed on the 3rd of Nov ..... Got my EAD last month .... but no touches on AP and 485 after 11/19 ..... Did WALK IN Biometrics on the 27th Dec .... but no soft lud after that ...... is it normal :( ?? M desperately waiting for my AP as well as I've travel plans at the end of this month :(

My local office is in Hartford,CT Just updated my info :)

I feel like papers are just sitting there and collecting dust :unsure: I guess we are on the same boat. That's good because I was worry that something went wrong or papers are missing... Due to the weather offices are close today...

hey all, just joined today...My package was sent out on 4th November 2010 and now I'm waiting for my EAD and interview appt, good luck everyone! :)

I filed the first week of november and already had my biometrics, and I have the interview week (tue 18th). I am SO NERVOUS!!!

I will write a review and let everybody know how it went. It seems the process its pretty fast up here in Maine :)

Anyone found that the USCIS website doesn't really work? my case never updated since it first appeared in the system, no update for my NOA or Biometric Appointment... I'm now waiting for either a REF or interview letter or EAD or a AP approval letter.....

We've not even been able to find our case on the website. I think generally it is not a good indication of what's going on with your case...

02/21/99 Hubby entered with F1 student visa D/S

May 2002 He stopped attending school because he couldn't afford it any longer.

03?/2002 USC sibling I-130 petition

02/2009 Met hubby

08/2009 Sibling petition approved but ineligible to adjust status due to overstay

07/10 Married :)

11/22/10 [day 0]- mailed AOS packet!! should be there by noon 11/23/2010

12/3/10 [day 11]- received email/text notification of acceptance from USCIS

12/3/10 hubby surprised me with a trip to Los Angeles for my birthday...no problems :)

12/6/10 [day 14]- received hard copy NOA1 in mail

12/7/10 [day 15]- checks cashed...ouch

12/15/10 [day 23]- rec'd biometrics appt set for Dec. 28th at 10 am! :)

12/28/10 [day 36]- successful biometrics appt

01/27/11 [day 66]- rec'd interview appt set for March 10th at 10 am :)

02/25/11 [day 95]- rec'd EAD

03/10/11 [day 109]- Interview, Green card approved!! :)

Next Step: Removing conditions in 2 years.

Yes, and I've read that alot of people have had issuse on the USCIS Website latley

i do not think it works. My case appears just after i received e-mail for NOA 1, but nothing change until now. I had already finished bio and received interview appointment letter, though.

We've not even been able to find our case on the website. I think generally it is not a good indication of what's going on with your case...

I don't think that's the case. From what I understand, a Touch is registered every time someone touches your paperwork. The thing is that they have to do something, like scan the bar code, in order for it to show. So, I think it depends on who is handling your paperwork at the time.

Then again, I could be wrong.

11/07/10 ------- AoS Package received and singed for

11/10/10 ------- NOA1 received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 (emails)

12/06/10 ------- RFE for I-693 (I think the issue is that it was not signed. Called USCIS and will receive a letter in a few days explaining)

12/20/10 ------- Received "Letter of Explanation" for RFE (Service Request to expedite my case. Called USCIS and was told to ignore that and just send in response to RFE.)

12/27/10 ------- Applied for SSN

12/31/10 ------- Received Interview letter

Btw, my case status online hasnt been updated since Dec 18.

11/8/10: Medical exam

11/12/10:Get married

11/19/10: I-693 sealed.It means my chest x ray is fine :)

11/20/10: Package [ I-130,I-485,I-765] sent to Lockbox

11/22/10 [Day 1]: Delivered there

11/29/10 [Day 7]: Return receipt from USPS

12/13/10 [Day 21]: Texts and email received [ after 21 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

12/16/10 [Day 24]: Snail copy received

12/18/10 [Day 26]: Every single form touched

12/20/10 [Day 28]: Biometrics letter received

1/13/11 [Day 51]: Biometrics done

1/24/11 [Day 62]: Biometrcis appointment received AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!I was like #######
