Kinda funny how glued we get to these case updates. Before the technology was able to check the case online, we would just be sitting pretty waiting for something in the mail. Instead we get paranoid

We were sent separate letters for biometrics. First letter received was for AOS biometrics, and the second 1 or 2 weeks later was for the EAD. Yes having to do your biometrics again would be a delay

Sent my RFE yesterday. Just so anyone who gets RFE knows, my RFE was sent to a PO Box in Missouri and Fedex/UPS won't deliver to a PO Box; only USPS does and it takes two days even for Express Post.

After a great two weeks of holidays, now is time to get serious, getting my fingerprint taken on the 10th, trying to figured out how am i getting there, lol.

I cant wait to be able to look for a job...

So its been 17 days since i got my biomertics taken but yet it feels like its been way longer!

my files have not been touched since November 23,

Im thinking maybe they have to wait for the Biometrics results to come in? who knows?

I keep checking my Email non-stop hoping for an update on my case

11/09/2010- Sent out I485, I-130, I-765 Applications Chicago Office

I have an interview in New Orleans (or N'Awlins in Louisianese :D ) on February 1.

I have been deliberately keeping ANYTHING that can even remotely suggest that my wife and I are a regular married couple that I am probably going to need an 18-wheeler to get all the stuff there. Joint check book, joint car insurance, his n' hers matching debit cards, notarized statements from friends and relatives and landlord.

I am now off to IHOP to get the waiter that works there and knows us to give a signed statement that he knows us as a married couple. This has nothing to do with the fact that I like eating there.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I just have to hope it's not an oncoming train...

Good Luck!! I think you're the only other couple at this point from November (other than my husband and I) who have received the interview date. Have you received anything at all on your EAD and AP? We were really hoping to get the AP in our hands so we can take a quick cruise before he has to start working ..... sighhhhhhhh and crossing fingers!!
