Comments : Arrived at Jacksonville Field Office at 9.15 am. Passed through security. Gave the appointment letter and by 9.35 we were called in by the IO. He was very nice, smiling and friendly. He swore us before we sat down. Then he started to tell us what the interview was all about. He asked me and my husband where we met and how we used to communicate. Then he said that he has approved our case and he didnt require any other documents or evidence coz they had everything in the file. He said that i should be getting the green card in 2-5 weeks or less. Then he started to explain about removing conditions and the importance of doing that, if in case i move what to do to change the address. The rest were just stories about life and the changes. The interview lasted ten minutes but most of it was just talking about life. Im happy. 02/08/2011 Welcome Letter received.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
