USCIS cashed our check finally

AUTOMATED CHECK VSC FIELD OFFICE PAYMENT 1102 $545.00

From my bank it looks like it was cashed on the 10th. :)

I have a business trip to Sweden in early December so I'm praying that any Biometrics or Interview dates do not come up then!

We will be filing November 18th so when the time comes I will add us to your list. Question on photos. I have a bunch but seems like overkill. Can I just photo copy some over the last two years in different places. Will it suffice? We have plenty of other information for them. Seems like a bunch of photos of us would be redundant.

We sent along maybe 7 or 8 photos from our wedding, our newborn son, family pix here and in Morocco. Hope that is sufficient!

Hi! We sent our package this morning! uhm one question though. We just moved in to our new place like a month ago,do I have to do a change of address? Although I put the current address on the application. and attached a list of all the previous addresses w/ the application? now I'm worried. Anyway, I sent it via usps,priority and certified mail to CSC.

I am pretty sure you are supposed to file a change of address within 30 days of moving. I think you can do it online - I don't know the link, but if you google it, it will probably come up. I would do it ASAP so they don't get confused.

NOA 1 received today. Hope this process goes a lot faster than the original CR-1 app did!!

I think you should be fine. I did change my address on line, but somehow, they kept sending my papers to my old address. I did file the form way after 30 days... it got out of my mind!

Anyways, I did not send another "changing of address" form with the ROC. I just put my current address on the I-751 and added an additionnal piece of paper with my new & old address.

It worked just fine, I received my NOA at my current address.

I was a little bit wondering if it would go to my old address, just like you, but in my case, they did the change of address without the "specific form"! After all, if they ask for your address on every single form they have, it is for a reason, isn't it? :)

We are hopefully sending out the package next week. I have most of the evidence ready, just missing the 2 affidavits. So, I guess we are a november filer! :)

07/11/2012 - Oath Ceremony in Oakland, CA (4 months and 7 days of Naturalization journey)

Finally a US citizen! (overall process from beginning to end: 3 years, 9 months and 15 days)
