If you WAIT for NVC it will take FOREVER!!! :bonk:

The number you need to put on ur speed dial is (603) 334 0700. Usually a case number is assigned a couple of weeks after USCIS approval (NOA2)... Start calling that number, listen to the AVR and try talking to an operator if you wish!

Study VERY WELL these links:

OK?? :) Good luck! Everyone, please feel free to add more info.. :P

We will be sending out an email and snail mail for the ds 3032 when it's needed....hubby will be sending the email from his email address. Does the actual form need to be sent to the nvc from his house, or can he sign it, send it to me, and then I can send it out??

My NOA2 Notice date on the I-797 form was 10/26/2010 as KdRjN was in the postings.

I called in during the weekend for the first time with the AVR system and the CIS number wasn't able to give me a NVC number yet.

I called the NVC for the first time on 11/1 at around 7pm PST to one the staff and she confirmed that the case wasn't on the system and said it takes about 15 days after receiving the NOA2.

From hearing a few others answers on the web site about when they got their NVC number I would think the days between NOA2 delivery and getting the NVC number on the computer system is somewhat subjective. Almost like the dates between NOA1 and NOA2 becuase all our cases are unique in different ways.

I used my android phone for auto dial and that came out to help the process. It took roughly 56 calls on autodial to get through the busy line at the time I called. once did the touch tone to ask for a person the system said it would take about 5 minutes but in reality it was about I'm guessing 15 minutes. The women I talked to was nice and she did what she could to answer my question about seeing if a NVC number was on the system yet. When I mention about the emailing of the DS3032 and Billing to myself and my wife she was caught off guard for a second not knowing what I was referring to.

A person has to wonder how many different types of cases they get called on and the possible ways they can provide service. I imagine for the staff that know their stuff and have been their awhile at the call center it would be easier for them in the assistance. Anyways my first experience with the call center was ok and the women was helpful as best she could give answers with the present situation with my case.

If order to not drive myself crazy about this I plan to alternate the days when I call and do an inquiry with the AVR and a live person. I see which one gives me the NVC number first.

So we still have to wait few days untill NVC receiving our NOA2 or in the other hand we have to keep calling ?

By the way do i need to fill up the ds-3032 form with signed on it and send it to my wife with the email before receiving case number ?

i m really so lost about those things and i cant understand english very well

I want NVC case # so bad... My NOA 2 is dated 25 Oct. So lucky the ppl that have NOA 2 same as me & already have case no. I know i'm lucky too bc i have finally received Noa 2 (could have been worse!) & I'm really sad for the May filers who have RFE & still waiting at that level for the stupid NOA 2...

This process is very relative, you can get lucky one time & then get unlucky. Few are lucky all the way!! I'm definitely not one of them.:bonk:
