Mary- Online processing of the IV and AOS is only for certain places like Canada and China and CDJ, Mexico. The rest (the 2 bills) are available to everyone online. Since you have a lawyer, she has received that information. If they accept your expedite request, they will let you know soon so that you can get your medical exam before the interview. I hope that answered some of your questions.

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Yesterday I got an email saying "The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support form (I-864) for this case. However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each traveling applicant to be returned to National Visa Center for review." blah blah blah.... I sent them a couple of weeks ago, and they were delivered to the consulate on 28 Oct.

So I got my US citizen hubby to call them up and ask what the deal is... and they say to him "oh yes, YOU filled out the I-864 incorrectly, you have to send a new one". WHAT? Why do they never send the correct email to the correct person ever. They send ME (The Australian) an email to say "we need your documents" but in actuality, they should have sent my HUSBAND an email to say "you need to send us the forms and please fill them out correctly this time". They confuse the heck out of me. I think they hate me.

So has NVC recived my Ds-3021 yet ? Should I send it again ? Email or Mail ?

Part 2 is all about the immigrant so you put her current address.

Also, should I also count 401k to assets?

You can count asset if you need it to meet the poverty guideline.

Just e-mailed ds-3032. Also express mailed the I-864 and the ds-3032 (just in case). Paid bill for these online. Just one thing I called Nvc again to get the invoice No. ,,and as the operater read some of my info. it turns out my main e-mail address was wrong in their system,,,I had it corrected...WOW..!! So I guess after the Aos bill shows paid,,,I can go ahead and pay the Ds-230 bill??? and mail that also??? Is that correct??

AOS and DS-230 are on different pathways. I think you still have to wait for the DS-230 invoice to show you can pay the bill before you can actually do so.

Did you update your email addy with them and did u get your IIN? Next step will be to email DS3032 to NVC.

Thanks Ladydare for that!! In a way you saved me cause when I called back (nvc) to get the IIN,,,I heard them repeat incorrectly by e-mail add. Thanks :thumbs:

AOS and DS-230 are on different pathways. I think you still have to wait for the DS-230 invoice to show you can pay the bill before you can actually do so.

I read some thread here (vj) in the past were they paid both one after the other. And aslo mailed that.. But you are saying that's not possible? Is there a diff IIN no. for the ds-230 bill?
