06.10.10 - Routed to CSC/NOA1 email

09.10.10 - Cheque cleared

07.10.10 - NOA1

14.10.10 - Touch

15.10.10 - Touch

16.01.11 - Applied for Police Record (NSW)

02.02.11 - Received Police Record (Took 17 days)

10.02.11 - Medical (Received results 6 days later)

22.03.11 - NOA2 (166 days/5.5 months)

25.03.11 - NVC Rec'd

29.03.11 - Left NVC

05.04.11 - Packet 3

05.04.11 - Returned Packet 3

11.04.11 - Packet 4 (Original interview scheduled for 10.05.11 - requested earlier appointment with success!)

02/01/2011-EAD Approved and Card Production E-mail.

02/07/2011-EAD Card Received in Mail.

05/10/2011-Filed 131.

Today is my 4th month aniversary w. THE CSC . I should send flowers jjjj . I did call them a Talk to a person .they were to cold :( and told me that they have 5 months . at least I try :blush::blush:

A 10/21 filer approved? WOOOOOOOOOOO! Good luck to all the other October filers. Hopefully we all get NOA2s soon. There should be some kind of priority for VJ members. :P

Oct. 25, 2010: NOA1

Nov. 05, 2010: Touched

Mar. 01, 2011: Went to Malaysia to be with my fiancé

Mar. 30, 2011: NOA2!

Apr. 08, 2011: Case left NVC

Apr. 12, 2011: Case received by embassy in KL

Apr. 19, 2011: Received Packet 3

May 04, 2011: Received Packet 4

May 06, 2011: Medical examination

May 26, 2011: Interview

RESULT: Administrative Processing

Jun. 18, 2011: Visa received

Seeing these end of September approvals is wonderful. We have an NOA1 of 10/1, so it feels like it's so close! Makes me crazy that Monday is holiday! I NEED to see activity right now! Hope we all have our approvals soon. :)

My NOA1 is Oct 1 as well! I am bummed about the bank holiday!!! Here's to next week though, good luck! :thumbs:

Ohh, CSC should just gimme a call and I'll volunteer to work on those petitions this Monday. Well, Sunday too. They'll be running out of paper for NOA2s quite fast :)

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

Hello! I actually consider myself a November filer coz our NOA1 data on paper is Nov 2 but on the site it says our packet was received on October 29. I am just wondering if you guys got any touches lately? We've been touched last Feb 11 and 18. My heart skipped a beat when I saw the last touched date change! LOL I hope this means good news!

2011-04-08: Case arrived at Embassy ( tracked through DHL)

2011-04-11/12: Medical at St Lukes

2011-04-25: INTERVIEW :) Earliest slot available online is May 6, called to see if there is an earlier date. Got Apr 25 :)

2011-05-11: POE at LAX Airport

2011-06-25: We got married!

2011-08-02: AOS/ AP/ EAD filed

2011-08-09: AOS NOA1

2011-09-06: Biometrics Appointment

2011-10-20: AOS Interview @ Detroit USCIS
