You'll probably get an RFE and you can send them in response to that. If you mail them on their own (even with case number/explanation), they will never get added to your application. You should probably just wait at this point and have them ready to send as soon as you get the RFE. Good luck!

5/04/10 - interview appt - approved

Are you talking passport pics or evidence?

If its passport pics, you may get an RFE for them, or im pretty sure i read somewhere that they might just process the application and then use the picture they take at your biometrics, which by the way is the one they use for the EAD and AP.. I think it will probably depend on the person who performs the initial review of you case and if they have had coffee and a donut that morning..

If you didnt include evidence pics, dont worry i didnt send any pics with my AOS application and i havent got an RFE yet.

Actually the pic for GC and EAD is from biometrics, pic for AP is from the ones you sent in, that's why when you get the biometrics letter it only says EAD and AOS on it, not AP.

The picture on my AP is the same as the the one on my EAD card?

It shouldn't be ---

GC pic - biometrics photo

EAD pic - biometrics photo

AP pic - the photo you sent with your AOS package

Maybe thats normal, but i can assure you that the pics are the same on both my EAD card and my AP document. Both are frightful and i wore a T-shirt for the bimoetrics that i didnt even own when i sent in the AOS package. My beautiful england rugby shirt..

Either way :ot2:, good luck with your AOS package OP and let us know the outcome.

Ugh. Now I looked at Mathew's AP and EAD. It's the same picture. ####### DID I PAY 30 BUCKS FOR IF THEY WERE GOING TO USE THE SAME PICTURE?? Ugh...I was seriously under the impression that they'd use the pictures we sent for something. Poop faces. Big poop faces.

OP, depending on the type of picture you're missing, they may send you an RFE for it, or they may not do anything. If you have an interview you'll have the chance to show your evidence pictures there.

They will send you an RFE for the pictures or you will have a chance to submit them at the interview. Don't send them without forms on your own, as a previous poster said, they will never make it to your file. You will be fine. :)
