Local US CIS Office Review: Indianapolis IN Review Topic: cis_topic Event Description Review Date : December 7, 2010 Embassy Review : No hassle. Except for our form I-693. I didnt submit the right form because we didnt got to the civil surgeon because they are a rip off! They wanted us to have a medical/physical again. We explain to the consul that conduct the interview. She understood and she gave us 30 days to look for another civil surgeon and have it completed and send it to the USCIS office. Harassment Level : Very Good
