Up to this day my case has not been touched once, is there something wrong?

No RFE's (that I know). Should I contact USCIS to find out about my case?

Hi Everyone,

Normally for I130, they do not list priority date. If you will recall, the process is for immediate relatives therefore they are not supposed to be subjected to quotas that other visa categories impose. Hence, the reason that they leave the priority date blank. It is not a misprint or mistake.

This is what USCIS site says: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Please read the paragraph under "Case Processing Table"

I don't know why they put blank in your priority date. In my case, my receipt or filing date is the priority date.

Loto

we have blank in our priority date as well!!!!!is it an april filer thing or something?..this is worrying

My mother was very sick. she suffered a heart attack when my wife was here and in 10 months has been going through a lot of problems. so i faxed them her medical bills and letters explaining what had happened to her. she had blockages in the neck and a triple byp[#### and kidney problems and now they want to give her a pacemaker. all of this in less than a year. only 9 months.

Hi guys! I'm new to this thread, and I'm not familiar with the I-130. I filed my husband's petition last year, priority date Dec. 17, 2009. Yesterday I received the Approval Notice (yey!), NOA2???. I also checked the Visa Bulletin, and it says the cut-off date for September 2010 is Jan. 1, 2010, and that they are current. Can someone explain this to me?

I'm also in the process of doing my Naturalization, hoping that after I become a citizen, I could upgrade the petition. But with the approval and cut-off dates, do you think upgrading the petition would still matter?

What should I expect after the approval? I don't really know the steps of the I-130. What happens after this? How long do you think it will take before my husband could get here?

Thanks in advance to those who will reply.. :D Hope to hear from someone soon!
