We went to our interview today. It was at 11:30. The officer was an African American young lady. She asked us a few date of birth. And ask me for my address, phone number and my husband phone number. she asked us if you have any kids?? My husband told her that we are expecting a twins due march13. Than she told me how lucky I am and she always dreaming of having twins! She asked me my passport than took of my I94. And asked my husband how we met, when we start dating and when we moved in with him. Than she told than she want us to come back either tomorrow or today at 1:25! She told us you know what just give me any documents or photo you want to see so you don t have to come back again!!! In the end she told us that she will see everything later and in case she needs something she will call me either today o tomorrow. If she doesn’t call us it means everything is ok an d I will be receiving my green card in mail!!! Than she took her back and left with us!!

* She gave me I94 and EAD back!! Is this a bad sing!

*Does anyone have the same experience that the officer didn’t look at any of the document??

* The interview last for not even 5min so was so fast!!!!

That doesn't sound bad at all to me. Just see what happens and don't worry about it. I would say having the twins is pretty good sign of a relationship and maybe that's why she didn't ask much. She already told you your greencard will be in the mail. That sounds about as good as it gets.

Inshallah it will all be ok and her giving you the I94 and EAD back is ok because you need those documents to work and for identity until you recieve your green card. It sounds very positive to me that everything was fine! Best of luck and congrats on the twins!!!

i'm betting it will still go under some review, by her supervisor. That takes some time, don't sweat that.

Sounds like yer 'evidence proof' was a bit scant, though (again, IMO) . It's very nice of her to offer to call you back tomorrow - as it implies she's doing review after the interview (which is good thing, really).

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Well she didn't see any proof!!! she asked my husband if we can come later either in the afternoon or the next day. than she told us to just give her anything that we want her to see and she mentioned that anything we will give her will be in our file and we can't have it back!! and she told us that she will see everything in afternoon and in case she needs something more more she will call you and lets us know.!!!!

than she took her bag and left with us.

It doesn't sound like any AOS interview reviews I've read, but I think the best anyone can say is that it sounds somewhat unusual, and the only thing to do is wait and see.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

More detailed time line in profile.

Seems like it was her lunch break. Don't stress out! From what you told I wouldn't take it as something negative, maybe something out of the ordinary but not bad at all, specially if she hasn't called so far! :)

Also, congrats on the twins!!! Has always been my dream too! :P

I don't see anything negative in your case. If their decision was to deny you, they would've told you on the spot.

Everything will be just fine, don't worry!!!!(F)

Congratulations! I'm glad all of your worries proved to be groundless and you can now relax and look forward to enjoying your pregnancy and babies.
