Normally it takes 6-8 weeks. So at least 3-4 weeks. IDK. Just guessing.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

10-OCT-2017-:- N400 oath ceremony letter on hand (oath on 26OCT2017)

if you are really expedited at NVC, then an NVC staffer would have told you already, what to expect.

If you only asked for expedite at NVC, and it's not been granted yet, that's different.

or

if you had expedite from USCIS, and now casefile is at NVC, you still want expedite at NVC, you must ask for it, anew.

what's what, and who's who ?

If you requested the NVC process be expedited and they accepted the request, it usually takes around a week for you to hear something back from them. :thumbs:

*~Cr1 Journey~* CSC

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

YES, My I-130 was expedited and then I requested the same at NVC stage. Sent an e-mail to PI Supervisor Sue and about 3-4 days later I called and they informed me that it had been denied by the Consulate in Chile. Still the email came later and was followed by a letter. Did you write an email to Supervisor Sue? Just wait a little longer and you will have your answer..

I have sent in every thing in mid July and it still processing/still reviewing. I have talked to them numerous time and all they said is "please wait for 6-8 weeks". It has been 4 weeks for me already. I feel so frustrated but nothing I can do.

Well I guess that they evaluate the different situations to expedite, ours is in the way...

but again the waiting is awful!

OK.. today is one week and so far we just receive a mail saying they receive everything.... but i guess still on review. I will think that for being expedite by now it could be done! but no!....

08/19/2010 - Expedite Request Approved

00/00/2010 - Still waiting documents to be sent to the embassy

They said they will send docs the embassy, does anybody know what are the next steps???

the next step is teh revision... they should review it and when is ok... send docs to the embassy.. then they give u the date for interview and all the other stuff...

now we are stuck in the revision even when is expediteeeeeeeee!!!!!

The confusing part is they said the EMBASSY will review it and schedule the date
