How long does it take the NVC to review your case

well actually for my understanding... seems that there are two ways, one is when the NVC reviews the documents (because the embassy doesnt want to do it, this is my case) and the other is when they just collect all the documentation and send it to the embassy for the review , I guess this is faster.. since as soon they get the documents they send it.

So I guess the embassy will get the papers, review them and they give you the famous interview date :)

I-130 Sent : 2010-05-21

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-06-01

I-130 RFE : 2010-07-19 (they ask for a more clear copy of some docs)

I-130 Approved : 2010-07-27 (First step done!!!!, approved in 56 days)

NVC Received : 2010-08-02

Received DS-3032 /

I-864 Bill : 2010-08-05

Pay I-864 Bill : 2010-08-05

Receive I-864 Package: 2010-08-13

Return Completed I-864:2010-08-09

OK what does sign in failed???? if ur expedite request was aproved and they said they sent the docs to the embassy then u just need to wait .....

where do u have to sign in???

SIF is the online payment portal 'sign in failed' after the case is completed in NVC. This is an indication that NVC completed the case.
