07/16/2010 NVC received IV documents along with AOS RFE

07/23/2010 Case went into system or so to call "Start Reviewing"?

07/26/2010 NVC AVR says they received package on 07/23/2010 give 6-8 weeks to review.

No Sign In Failed yet! C'mon guys our future plan depends on you!!

I wonder RFE makes it slower... wish you all good luck! in the end of this month to the beginning of Sep could be our turn.

@smsgirl, nica - will embassy be sending a checklist or a packet 4 to my wife? i was choice of agent. We have interview assigned, but we have not received anything from USEM from New Delhi that we need to take for medical.. i pulled those from NVC website.

You guys recommend i should call USEM in Delhi?

Yeah but most of them have to go through the same process and steps that we find ourselves in now. It would be interesting to do some playing with numbers and see what type of people are coming to the US. Not by race but by skills and education.

Back in the 1950 I guess I was one of those numbers or my mother was. Back then it seems most of the people coming to the US were Europeans. Now it seem they are Asia & Latin. The numbers of today are much larger numbers than those of old.

I guess all Nations with a better quality of life and opportunities to offer face immigration challenges. I have friends in Australia who say they certainly do. They even point to New Zealand as a too easy jumping off and hoping over place.

As the USA continues to become a consumer nation and manufactures very little anymore the opportunities will not be here as they once were. I would guess at some distant point in the future as China becomes a greater player and dominates everyone will want to be going there but that's still far down the road.

yeah no SIF today yet.

I hesitate to call NVC cuz i know exactly what they say and they tell me to wait and call back and they dont know the Real detail on case. they are looking at screen and usually talk unhappily. so it just makes me more sad to start my day so I just chill and do something else to foget that im waiting for this!

The operator at NVC told me today that she feels they will have the September interview list to them by the end of the week ( a few more days). She told me to check back.

I'm not getting my hopes up for September, but do want a set date to look forward to.

They sent the sheet to both me and my husband....I am the choice of agent though. Our checklist was a list of documents with a letter by each one...and the instructions included what each letter meant...for ours, we don't have to bring anything to the interview but a passport and the medical...though I am making him bring copies of all the packets along with relationship proof..

Smart thing to do, that's what I plan to do whenever my time comes, I already started our binder and got a bunch of pics printed today.
