i have not received my NOA 1 yet :( im starting to stress out and my check has not been cashed yet ..i sent my package June 29. i was just tracking my package on the USPS website... and this is what it says..

Your item was delivered at 10:49 AM on June 30, 2010 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607 to INS EXPRESS MAIL . The item was signed for by M GUERRERO.

Delivered, June 30, 2010, 10:49 am, LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607

Arrival at Unit, June 30, 2010, 9:17 am, LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607

Processed through Sort Facility, June 30, 2010, 7:32 am, SANTA ANA, CA 92799

i wonder how come it doesnt say anything that its USCIS california service center just Laguna Niguel, CA 92607

I received confirmation that my package was delivered to the Vermont service center on June 25th, and my check has yet to go through and I have not received a NOA1 yet either (despite my obsessive checking! :( ).

I sent mine out to VSC on the 25th of june (was delivered a few days later), still haven't heard anything either. the statistics say it can be about 14 days or so, so I'm hoping I hear something by this friday.

*goes to check email, snail mail, bank account... wash, rinse, repeat*

02-date forgotten-2008: met online playing a game called lineage 2

06-17-2009: met in person for the first time!

06-26-2009: proposal <3

10-6-2009 through 11-3-2009: lived together for a month

03-24-2010 through 03-30-2010: traveled to meet his family

06-16-2010: started printing paperwork for I-129F package

06-25-2010: mailed off the I-129F package!!!

07-06-2010: NOA1 (according to the paper I hadn't got yet)

My fiance received NOA1 in the mail 12 days after CSC received our package so don't worry, it's coming :)

Hello all,

I too felt the impatience of waiting for the NOA1. I sent my package on June 16 to VSC but it was fowarded to Lewisville, TX and recieved on the 21st, a NOA1 was issued on June 22 but it was not sent out until June 29 and I got it on July 1st. It tool almost 2 weeks to get a NOA1 and don't forget the long holiday the goverment took. Good luck

I too sent my 129F to Vermont on the 28th of June and it arrived on the the 29th. I keep checking my bank account to see if the check has cleared! I figured the holiday has slowed it down by a few days-

Our package arrived at CSC on the 28th and the cheque still has not shown up on my fiance's bank account. You're not alone. :P

Also, your tracking information is correct. It only shows the city and zip code where it was supposed to be delivered, not the address. If it further makes you feel better, I've seen that "signed for" name on tons of people's tracking info for CSC.

Jeez!i think it's just me,maybe i'm not so good @ this waiting game,but it's broad day light torture,c'mon vsc,put ur backs into it n make us smile.good luck to all june filers.

Well they have been pumping out NOA2 in 30 days and less...try not to get too bent out of shape, not all of us will be so lucky. :P

Same here. My application arrived at the CSC June 30th, the check has yet to clear. Reading this thread made me feel better!
