How is that possible? My husband FedEx-ed a bunch of papers from the US to India and it cost $50.

You can try USPS Express Mail. That's cheaper.

In Saudi Arabia, the price of everything foreign is inflated. I made a return label from here using my work UPS account, it came to $38, but the UPS there will NOT ship using it, even though UPS says they could.

There is no express mail there. They only have priority mail and that takes 10 days.

The AOS thing right now looks like the longest shot in the world. More problems keep arising. Maybe some good news from my husband will come today!

I pray for good news for Teya's moma! (F)

Awww thanks March2010!!!! You brought tears to my eyes! At first I was confused and thought, "What is wrong with my mom?!" Then I realized you were talking about me :P.

Waiter, as long as you have those cover sheets from the online payment portal showing that everything is paid, send the packages off like March2010 said. Woo hoo! Look at you Waiter! Here you thought it was going to take a month to get your case number and you are almost done with NVC!!! Congrats!

guys, make sure when you send an email to NVC that you get an auto response. i sent our 3032 last thur and didn't get an auto response. paid aos fee the same day and its still in process right now which is already the 3rd business day. called up nvc operator, he said they did not receive any email for my 3032!!! i did snail mail the paper 3032 last fri.... anyway, i emailed 3032 again right after speaking with nvc and thank God, finally an auto response within minutes. lost a few days probably due to this issue....

lesson learned: make sure you get an auto response for every correspondence thru email. while it does not mean acceptance by nvc, at least you know that their computer received what you sent.

Ummmm i didnt get any auto response BUT my ds 3032 e mail WAS accepted like a week after i sent .

OK ..one question about I 864... On affidavit of support form i should only mention my wife right? who is applicant. NOT my daughter..** who is US citizen ** but will be coming here with her mother / my wife. so basically i am only supporting my wife in this affidavit.. NOT my daughter.... cuz she is citizen.. right???

Waiting is so boring... lol

I'm glad things are moving along for some people in here.

Btw did anybody get a CC this month already? ANYbody?

Oh and IF we fecieve an RFE, do both me and my husband recieve it in the email or just the person who has to deal with it?

Alles wird gut und wenn es noch nicht gut ist, ist es noch nicht vorbei.
