Tartar! Fiend!

No srsly, and maybe this is a topic for the K1 forum, but can I import one?

Of course you can. The hard part will be convincing him to move here. But, I'm sure your charms will overcome the natural Canadian reticence about the US. star_smile.gif

Well, I still might export myself to the UK again, despite my friends' increasingly worried entreaties not to add to my collection of British husbands. I mean, I am working on collecting the whole set, but even a completist like me should know when to say when. I guess they might be like Pringles -- once you pop, you can't stop.

I am putting it about right now at the conference I'm attending that I wouldn't be averse to a job offer back in the City, even though I expect that my axis of evil will continue to be centred in SoCal.

I think you would really like Texas. Houston in particular.

Seriously, I've only visited London, I had always figured I would spend 5-10 years in Toronto and then go overseas, but ended up meeting hubby and he threw a bit of a wrench into the works. I always had the idea that Toronto was the safe (and somewhat cheaper) version of London, without the funny accents LOL. Oh, and with kick@ss camping and whatnot all near by.

:bonk:

What? WHAT? I'm just portraying my Canadianness as PETA would have you believe.

if you was really a canadian you'd not need a club, but use your hockey stick instead.

My hockey stick is in the shop, getting retaped. Club is the secondary option.

I'm finding Toronto dazzlingly expensive, probably nearly on a par with London in many regards. And the accents are just as funny.

If I moved to Texas, my dad would disown me. He's a native Texan and fled to New England as soon as he could. He's been back about ten times in the past 45 years.
