A big congratulations to everyone who got approvals or had other good news this week! I am with my husband again and it has been even better than I had hoped for. We've talked a little about the interview but still have 2 weeks before it happens. Honestly, right now I'm just so happy to be able to spend real time with him and enjoy our time together and with his family as well. It's been wonderful to see everyone again and I'm just so happy!

By the way, what is the best way to send these evidence documents over seas?? Going to be sending it to Turkey of course. Is USPS good or UPS or Fedex? I don't know how much they all charge. Thanks in advance!

I will say go with Fedex or Ups.I do not trust Post Office no more.Especially in third world countries, the postal employees steal almost anything. In 2007 when i got married i had to send hubby a few more wedding invitations and lo and behold the invitations were stolen and he only got the bare envelopes..So pay aliitlle more and use Fedex or UPS.

does anybody know that if the checklist in packet 4 is accurate, because i have read that they ask for tax papers and w2 at the interview but my packet 4 says that they have received the required documents. so my question is do i need to take in my tax and w2 again to the interview or am i just worrying because my date ( june 17 ) is approaching? :crying::wacko:

ashley, thanks for your reply. i'm approved without any difficulties. one question: has ur husband got any sealed envelope to be presented to the immigration officer at POE? I did not get anything when I left the consulate. thanks

good luck to all others.

Sorry for the late reply. I do not have computer or internet access for a few days. When you leave after the interview, they should have informed you to pay for the mailing fee HK$25 at the ground floor, after you paid, you will get a receipt with a tracking number for the packet; the envelope and your passport will be mailed to you in 3 - 4 business days. Alternately, you can have the packet mailed the the central post office and pick it up there. Hope it helps...

Congratulations and so happy for ALL the approvals!!! June is a good month indeed.

I've been busy with hubby's coming to the USA. We entered the USA together this morning (Monday the 14th) via Seattle. Now we are just trying to adjust as I need to go back to work immediately. Busy preparing my apartment together is a new and exciting experience. So happy!!

Good luck to the rest of the June interviews. Best wishes to everyone's journey. I will post my review later...
