  1. Right, that's what I meant, he is a Canadian citizen but not in any profession that would qualify for a TN visa, so exploring options.

  4. Hello Like the title says, wanted to see if it helps to have been born in a country that doesn't have a long wait time for an i130 application for a sibling of a USC. I wanted to apply for my brother who is of Indian origin, but was born in the United Arab emirates and currently resides in Canada. He is able visit us but I would like for him to join us here since he is the only sibling who was left behind due to crossing 21 years. Or there is another way I can bring him over permanently? Thank you
