Hello everyone. Its been a while since I logged in. Anyway, for me im just waiting for an updated about the RFE that i sent back to them. Do you know if they're going to email me that my case have been resumed and how would i know if they are processing it?

Feeling good. Kids are crazy excited. Lilyana has already been grilling me about my eating. Mommy did you eat? Did you check your sugar? She is six and playing mommy. Jared said he wants a brother but he can't share his room unless the baby sleeps, then they can have bunk beds...lol Jared is 9. And my sweet hubby is worse than both of them put together. I need to make an appointment to just to touch my own stomach, he is already talking to it. LOL! It is nice to see him experience this for the first time, it's all new for him. The one lady at the masjid said... OH MY what did you do to her, that was fast...

Hope this year continues to be full of GOOD news, once this part is done, I can breathe a sigh of relief. Wish INS would talk to my kids, I want them to see how important my husband is to them. Jared's grades have improved, everyone has noticed a difference in my son. He tells people I have a family now. Dear God please don't take that from them.

Yes sweet, you will receive an email/text message that they received the respond on RFE and the case is resumed. The case will be updated online.

I am with Sensii here. I am so sick and tired of waiting for an update. The lady I spoke to at USCIS on the 1800 number told me I would have to wait 30 days from the date they received my RFE for my bio appt. Now I read that some other people received their bio at the same time as an RFE. I think I am going to stop coming on here as it is making me so pissed off and very angry. I have no idea why I wanted a green card in the first place. My husband is happy to go back to Scotland with me. Maybe we will start his visa process for the UK - I bet it is much more easier than this nonsense. I must be, now, the only 1 April filer who hasn't had their biometrics. It is a complete joke. I am not happy at all.

I never received an email from them, even though I had asked for one. My I-485 online status hasn't been updated since 19th May (the day they received my RFE). My I-765 hasn't been updated since 29th April.

Please dont give up... I too have been there. I was probably one of the few April filers who had to wait a whole month to get Biometrics. Did you try to do a INFOPASS?

Its really hard not to just "throw in the towel". I could do an infopass but it would mean travelling 7 hours down to Anchorage then back again and we don't have a lot of money to do that at the moment.

I will give it another week and if I haven't heard anything then I will schedule another infopass. Thanks for your kind reply Besaangel.

It is a dehumanizing experience, but don't let the bureaucracy affect you. That's all it is. I know it is difficult and a stupid run-around, but give it some time. You are probably right to just forget about it all for a while and not check the site.

Horrible feeling. If I were you I'd call USCIS again. Just to make sure which 30 days to count from. For sure you'll be talking

with a different representative. They might even be able to tell you if the biometrics letter was already send to you or not.

When I called I was told it's 30 days from when they received the application. Noth said from when they accepted it.

Looks like some of USCIS representatives simply don't know the right answer. Who else then???!!!

Looks like a lot of people upset. Guys please stay strong. I am trying my best also. 45 days and no interview. I worry a lot and different thoughts crawling in my head. Everybody has their own path and lets not be jealous or mean.

We will all get their! It's not a competition!

I wish you all relaxed weekend and forget about aos for a while!

We are all here to provide a sense of comfort for each other... Its a shame that the office is so far but if it has been 30 days since your NOAs then by all means give them a call and inform them... That'll help plenty
