you can file a petition for he for residency but you cannot file for a visitor/tourist visa for her. She has to get that herself.

Even though it may take more than 20 years, but at least you can start with the 1i30.

You can certainly send in I-130 petition for your sister. It takes around 23 years to get the visa number.

ok i got that I-130 and takes 23 years to get visa #. my question in my mind how about her kids and husband how do i filed them i wonder is that the same form but each person separated or just only 1 form I-130 thats it! and of course i need more application aside I-130 form. i wondering what form other than I-130.

my sister 38 yrs old if she wait 23 yrs she gonna be 61 years old.. oh Lord!

You can only file I-130 for your sister. Once she gets to apply immigrant visa when immigrant visa becomes available in 23 years, she can include her husband and childern if they are under 21 years og age. Sorry that it is taking this long for Philippines since there are so many applicatios.

Husband should be getting a visa as well and so should children if they're under 21 and unmarried - I think CSPA could be involved as well there to preserve their age so they don't age out.

I think when you fill out info for your sister - you will provide also info on her husband and children (you don't fill out separate I-130s for them as there is no category for nieces, nephews or brother in law).

Hope this makes more sense.

by the time a visa number is available, your sister will be 60 and the kids will be 37, 34 & 26. They won't be coming with....

en,

on the i130 your sister is the principal person being petititoned. then there is a section on the i30 where she lists name of her husband and children.

she will be able to come with her husband, but because the children will be over 21, they won't be coming with them.

No harm in filing.

Then forget about it and take a view when the number becomes current. A lot of things can happen in that timespan.
