I too hope all of you recieve the NOA2 email in the next few days!! I have been looking at the timelines or rather flowchart of events after the NOA2 and it still seems like a long road ahead, but I must say that having this web site and being able to vent our frustrations has helped me so much over the last few weeks.

Again, I am sure all of you will be getting that email very very soon!!

3/21/06 I-129F sent to NSC

3/24/06 NOA1

3/28/06 Touched

6/1/06 Case transfered to California Office

6/2/06 Touched

6/3/06 Touched

6/9/06 Received 2nd letter from NSC telling me that my case as been transefered

6/14/06 Received 3 emails today saying that CSC has my application

6/15/06 Touched

6/16/06 Touched

6/17/06 Touched again

7/3/06 Received RFE today in mail along with 2 emails

7/3/06 Touched

7/6/06 RFE received in California

7/13/06 Received email saying RFE had been received

7/31/06 Received (3) emails saying my application has been approved

8/1/06 Touched (hopefully that means that my application has been mailed to NVC

8/15/06 NVC mailed application to Bogota

8/25/06 Luisa received Packet 3 from Embasssy!

8/28/06 Luisa hand delivers Packet 3 to Embassy!

9/6/06 Luisa receieved Packet 4 from Embassy

9/18/06 Medical Exams

10/3/06 Interview Date!!!

10/4/06 Have Visa in Hand!!

10/16/06 Return to EEUU

01/06/07 Married..... Now trying to complete the EOS stuff!!!

07/02/07 Green Card Interview, we were approved!! Now we wait for the actual card!!

07/18/07 Recieved Green Card in the mail!! Yippeee!!!

maybe we will have our email first thing in the morning. i think its automated now so we may get ours 3 am or whatever, i was looking when they sent my rfe and i received that email at 4 am . i am sure no one is working at 1 am at csc. so everyone try to sleep on it.

That is much appreciated. Really!!!

However, I vote for Embassy recalls first. Those poor souls that have been waiting in security checks and those waiting on an RFE with a date like mine.

I also make a big vote for iceyspots..... You need an approval!!! Here is to you!! :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Speaking of RECALLS, has anyone seen any approvals for this category of unfortunates? I'm beginning to think they have just forgotten about that pile. Congratulations to all who have had something good happen lately. I remember how ecstatic I was when I got the NOA 2 back in March. Now I haven't even been touched since July 12 - a very lonely place to be. :( How can this be happening , or NOT happening, I guess? Devastating.

2/28/06 - K-1 app sent to NSC

3/06/06 - NOA 1

3/31/06 - NOA 2

4/12/06 - NVC sent approved petition to Paris embassy

4/24/06 - fiance received instruction pkt (pkt 3)

5/05/06 - pkt 3 checklist returned to embassy

6/16/06 - CRIS-USCIS email "petition received"

6/21/06 - 1-797s (2) received, petition "received", "reopened" by CSC

6/26/06 - email, RFE sent

7/05/06 - RFE received and sent back to CSC

7/06/06 - RFE received, signed for by receptionist at CSC

7/11/06 - email RFE received by CSC

7/12/06 - touched (same message as day before about RFE receipt

WAITING WAITING WAITING

8/15/06 - NVC receives reaffirmed petition (no written confirmation yet)

You're right. Problem is, they are obviously going by RFE date and I didn't even receive the damn thing until July 11 so I know there's no reason to get up and check my email for a few more weeks : (

It's great to see that they are actually processing approvals - it just sucks to see that they didn't follow an equitable order in sending out RFEs and are now ignoring NOA1 dates completely.

Everyone here has been so supportive of each other by giving inspiration, hope and advice.

We VJers have chosen to take the narrow winding difficult path instead of the wide easy path to be with our future love. Congratulations to all who has remain positive during this difficult time.
