Here come the approvals

I had to have my daughter check my approval but it was indeed true tonight - finally (L)

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On July 31, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days

have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your

address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer

during business hours.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results

listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected

processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283.

*The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice that you received

from the USCIS.

*** Please do not respond to this e-mail message.

For the stats I put that I used a "MBA" before the 3/6/06 cutoff and was a NSC transfer.

Now onto the next phase.

Good luck to all - there is not enough vodka or tissue boxes to handle all this stress :lol:

Congratulations! Looks like it is a great July 31st for the VJ family.


I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

This gives me hopes, even though I'm very cautious after all the let downs CSC offered us.

June 1st - Trasfered to CSC

July 3th - Received IMBRA RFE

July 18th - CSC acknowledges receiving RFE

July 19 - touched

SEPTEMBER 6TH GOT OUR NOA2. GREAT JOY!!!
