Thank you everyone for the support. I needed it bad.

Even though I was expecting the RFE.

I do like the idea of calling and speaking to a supervisor and finding out if they will let this one case slide just so I can submit the PCC at the interview.

When I think of it, I do remember doing the same, i.e. taking my Police PCC to the interview at the consulate.

I guess I am just as screwed up as everyone else in saying, "I CANT WAIT FOR THIS WEEKEND TO END!!!"

I send my husband my DS230 and the original documents that should come from me but the packet instruction is yet to be sent by the NVC .. I put in an earlier date in the DS230 is that fine?

08-04-2009 : I-130 Approved

NVC Stage

09-04-2009 : NVC Received

09-08-2009 : NVC case# assigned (Waiting game begins to Upgrade my case to IR-1)

01-22-2010 : Became U.S. citizen (Sent request to upgrade petition from F2A to IR-1 catagory)

02-17-2010 : Case finally upgraded to IR-1

03-20-2010 : Case complete

04-12-2010 : Receiced interview notice.

Me too. I knew none of you a month ago, and now I can sound off names and case statuses and countries of origin in my sleep for each and every one of you. ha ha

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING! I am in a black hole. Been 10 days now of Supervisor reviewing, Supervisor reviewing....then Thursday operator said...Oh your case just started to be assessed by a STUPID SUPERVISOR!

Nobody can help me, still haven't gotten anything in the mail, hope that my calling daily hasn't irritated them. I am super nice/friendly, but I do think our calls are logged.

USCIS (122 days)

09-25-09 : NOA1 I-130

10-05-09 : NOA1 I-129

01-25-10 : NOA2 I-130/I129 Text & email

NVC (62 days)

01-29-10 : NVC case number assigned via AVR

04-01-10 : SIGN IN FAILED WAHOoooo!!!

05-27-10 : Interview....visa Approved!!!

06-02-10 : Picked up Visa at Embassy

06-04-10 : POE NYC...no delays or problems.

Removing Conditions

3/30/12 I-751 filed and sent to USCIS CA Service Center

4/3/12 NOA1

5/30/12 Biometrics completed Santa Rosa, CA early walk-in without problem

10/11/12 Green Card approved

10/17/12 Green Card received

How frusterating. No, I think if it truly is annoying, then they will want to hurry up and get things processed so they dont have to deal with us! Squeaky wheel gets the grease friend. Keep bugging I say. :hehe:

I called the NVC number and received my case number from the automated system. Now what???? Do I have to wait until Monday to do anything??

You can send out the VJ email version of the DS 3032 today and give them your emails first thing Monday morning. That is what we did and it paid off. In fact, they even responded to the second email with the DS 3032 that was sent. Hopefully by Tuesday/Wednesday you will be able to pay both the AOS and IV bills.

NVC:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved
