Hehe - Happy Wishing! I am at work on VJ neglecting my duties hehe.

I suppose I should get off and do something but I get so wrapped up in my "friends" cases I cant help but to come and se what is going on and hoping and praying for them all.

Time is dragggging by!! we got back to ny 3wks ago and it feels like 3mths!

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Small point of amusement for everyone- Yesterday I called the National Passport Center to check on my daughter's passport.. It's been 5 weeks, and we are traveling in just over 2 weeks.. The man informed me that it had been delayed due to extra "name checks". I asked him what that means, and he said it's a security thing. I asked him if that is a common thing, and he told me "Yes, for individuals of certain backgrounds, it is not uncommon." BINGO- they are racially profiling and doing background checks on my 2 1/2 month old daughter! Oh well, it shouldn't take too long- her background doesn't go back very far! :lol:

Happy Day to everyone...I finally have another beautiful day here. I would complain about the cold weather we've been having, but there are many of you with much colder weather.

It is only Tuesday and it has already been a hectic week...Thank God tomorrow is Wednesday!

I called DOS on Friday, they told me that we are still under review and that the last time the embassy made an update in the system was Jan 7. I was very excited, thinking that they were working on our case...until today, when I noticed that Jan 7 was the last time the embassy emailed me responding to one of my emails to them. :blink:

Squeaky, I hope you get your babies passport soon!

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........
