I know the feeling!

I had my parents look over my packet just to have another set of eyes look for missing signatures, dates, or information...

I will be heading to the post office on Thursday praying for quick results!!!! Hope for you too!

But where is everyone else????

Add me to the Jan 2010 filers. All paperwork is filled out, signed and in a folder. Will send out fed-ex first thing in the morning! I've looked through the papers at least 10 times, it's 70 pages with all evidence of relationship proof information... Hope CSC employees come to work in a good mood this week!

Hello All,

We are Jan. 2010 filers now. I am refiling for the same fiancee for the second time. First K-1 filed in 2008 was not approved. Reason given by CO Delhi - documents submited did not establish a credible relationship & petition expired (past 4 months).

We have a pretty exhaustive I-129F package (3.5 pounds) this time around.

...............its been a long wait..........

Wish us luck!

Wow! The CO would not allow you to provide additional proof of relationship at the time of the interview? I thought that there was opportunity given to furnish additional proof if requested.

Good luck this time!

Ours has been a long journey. We were in AP and additional evidence was provided but the CO was still not convinced. There are children involved and I hadn't met them the first time around. If you search under our screen name, you will be able to gather enough detail in case you are interested. In addition, Delhi consulate is not the best when it comes to visa approvals.
