Hi there!

We sent our 129f packet November 30th, the last day of the month. Does this make us November or December filers?

Thanks,

Brian

CB09 : You said you got your NOA1 so in there should be your receipt number for your case on the USCIS website. You can go to : Sign into my account and you see if your case was " touched " or last updated .

SOUNDERS FAN : I would say you are a december filer as we are the november ones although we sent out our package on october 30th.

My guess would be December, when USCIS gets it.

Hi Brian,

The case number can only be check on your NOA1 written on the Receipt No. box and normally for CSC it starts with WAC.

Filed Nov 23rd, California got it on the 27th. Got my case number, registered on the USCIS website to check the status online... ugh.. big mistake. I check it waaaaaaay too often and get waaaaaaay to frustrated when I see it was last touched on Dec 1st. I was expecting a touch today as birthday gift.. didnt happen

My "make myself feel better about it theory": I did such a great job putting the package together and it's going to be approved so fast with no RFE's that the officer who touched it on 12/01/09 doesn't want to make his other co-workers look bad so he/she is holding on to it for a little bit :P (Yeah, right :jest: )

Anyway I just need to be patient... find something to keep myself busy... sugar and hard liquor may help :P

HAHAHAHA!!! You sound just like me! I check the USCIS website a bit too much as well. And, our file was last touched on Dec 1 too!

My family jokes that because I'm a bit of a perfectionst (or crazy) and put together "the perfect packet," USCIS will be so beside themselves that they'll post it in the breakroom and stare at it in awe. And that would be the cause of any delay. hehehe!

I'm all for sugar and hard liquor! ;)

Here's to a speedy processing!

To a speedy processing! <Raises shot glass with rum>

My family dont think Im crazy, they think Im an ####### retentive, obsessive compulsive control freak :D

I labeled and numbered every picture and piece of evidence. I then created an Index listing every single document and used paper tabs to tag and divide everything by section. They may not be far from the truth after all. LOL

Funny thing yesterday… My fiancé is staying with me for the Holidays. He went out shopping for my birthday gift so we were communicating thru text messages. After posting here, I sent him a message saying the same thing I said on the post “I was expecting a touch for my birthday but it didn’t happen”. He then texted me back apologizing and said “I’ll get you one next time I get paid”

Uh? What the heck is he talking about?

Turns out the thought I meant I wanted an IPod Touch for my birthday and I was going to be disappointed because he got me perfume instead. Poor thing. I need to remember he can’t follow my train of thought if he doesn’t know what im thinking! He can’t read my mind… yet! Im giving him until the visa is approved to learn :P
