Mailed my AOS Packet on October 9, 2009 It was received on October 13, 2009

Oct. 09,2009 Mailed AOS Package

Oct. 13, 2009 Arrived -signed R. Mercado

Hey monicaolivo,

My lawyer sent my AOS package last thursday Oct 8, 2009, a day before you sent out yours. Still now they haven't received my package (according to my lawyer, she said it will receive by Wednesday which is tomorrow) I'm having doubts about my lawyer, I think shes talking bullcrap. But whatever I can wait until tomorrow. Congrats to you by the way, all you need to do is wait for your NOA's. Keep us updated though!

I would definitely give it until tomorrow since columbus holiday. Did your lawyer not give you a tracking number? That way you could check it online. I didn't use a lawyer but that is what i did

No she didn't give me a tracking #. But she said she has it tracked as it is a UPS package.

Woo hoo! Add me to the list of NOAs received. Their receipt date was Oct. 4 and the Notice date is Oct.8. I had no luck with checking case status online...

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...

Hello all!

I'm joining this group: I finally sent my AOS, EAD, AP package today! I've been in the States (originally from Canada) since mid-August, so I feel EXTREMELY relieved!! Anyone else has filed almost 2months or more after entering the States? I hope it won't affect anything...

So here's to waiting once again for stuff to move with USCIS!

Congrats to all the new noa's! We are really filling up now and the process continues to fly.

We got our biometrics letter today after I kicked my feet and whined yesterday, so take a lesson ;)

His appointment date is October 30. This is going crazy fast. (L) I love it. (L)

After much time wasting and finally getting copies of everything and the $1010 check, I sent my AOS today 10/14/09. We got married on June 7th so this should've been sent ages ago but that's it done. Phew!

Xaenyth, I am thinking the same... my case starts with MSC as well. No luck as yet... MFluer, what about yours?? Well, my Biometrics should be on the way as we pretty much are in hand in hand :whistle: I just wish I could see what is happening online just so I don't miss the bio-metrics!!

I'm stalking August and September filers and it looks like a lot of them got transfer to CSC letters one or two weeksish after they got the biometrics letters. Ooooooooooh I want to be them. :bonk: Haha

We just got our biometrics and now I want approval. I have so little patience it's ridiculous, but it feels like getting transferred there is like winning the lottery or something.
