Not sure if the cost is different for each country but I think you need to pay for the medical ($180 pounds in England),the visa around $130 and then the courier fee too, $30-40. This is it for the K-1 after the Noa2. I think adjustment of status costs $1050 to start off.

Bend over.

$131 for the visa plus medical (varies) and $1010 for the AOS per person ($600 each for children under 14)

Cheap at twice the price!

Tried to edit my post but I guess I took too long. Just wanted to add the approximate cost for the k-1 after NOA2 for the UK embassy anyway (doesn't count AOS)

The amount after NOA2 for the k-1 in the UK (in dollars) give or take a few bucks is:

$65 for the police certificate,

$300 for the medical

$131 for the visa

$25 courier fee

love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;

love does not keep a record of wrongs;

It must depend on what Consulate you are going through. Someone on VJ, who went through the Ankara Consulate, showed me the information they received in Packet # 3 and it showed they would need to pay $355 at the consulate as well as a $45 processing fee. I don't know if that is for the courier or something else.

I know the interview, for a visitor visa, cost $131.. but looks like this time it will cost $355.. plus the processing fee.

02/23/08 - Met in Turkey
07/09/08 - Denial of Visitor Visa to U.S.A.
06/04/09 - 2nd Denial of Visitor Visa to U.S.A.

09/22/09 - I-129F Sent
09/24/2009 - NOA1
10/19/2009 - NOA2

INTERVIEW DATE - February 23, 2010 - also the two year anniversary of the day we met smile.png

03/30/2010 - Married

04/29/2010 - Mailed AOS Packet
07/14/2010 - AOS Approved!
07/24/2010 - Green Card in Hand!

04/26/2012 - Mailed ROC Packet
01/03/2012- ROC Approved

01/10/2013 - 10 year Green Card in Hand

04/14/2102 - Mailed N400 Packet

05/13/2013 - Biometrics
08/19/2013 - Citizenship interview

09/18/2013 - Oath Cermony.

The AOS process fee is $1010 - remember you get 3 for the price of 1 if you apply for the AOS, EAD (Employment Authorization Document) and Advance Payroll (document which will allow your fiance to travel out of the country and back to the US) at the same time. If you pay for each separate the cost is somewhere around $1700. The other members have given you the other fees. Good luck.
