i think they should go as typical florida northern tourist..sun screen on nose..cameras ...loud stupid yan kee shirts...etc

One of the best couples costume I've seen was 'artist and modern art'. The one partner dressed up as the stereotyped artist, complete with beret, carrying a palette with paints and a paintbrush. His partner was dressed in black and carried a picture frame that included her head and shoulders. She had extra 'eyes' and lips painted on her face and shoulders with stage paint. The effect was excellent!
