It's my biometrics tomorrow @ 12 p.m.

our divorce are almost finished....last hearing Nov. 24

10/01/2012 - Sent N-400 via USPS PRIORITY MAIL from Florida to Texas Lockbox
10/03/2012 - Package delivered to Texas Lockbox
10/10/2012 - Received an email on Acceptance Confirmation
10/10/2012 - Check Cashed
10/30/2012 - Biometrics 11:00 AM
11/30/2012 - Received NOA for Test Interview
01/07/2013 - Interview @ 1:00 p.m. - Passed

wait... I do not think you can self petition until your divorce is final....

I did! I just attached photocopy of Divorce paper and my counter affidavit. VSC replied very fast less than 2 weeks I got the NOA - fee waived and 1 yr extension. Biometrics went well. very fast, I arrived 15 mins advanced and they call me immediately.

Getting a little worried .. no touches, emails, anything and others that had biometrics after us are getting approved .. hmmmmmmm.....

Hey there. I think we are in the same boat as you. I see pretty much everyone else is approved except us, hehe. We had 2 touches right after our early biometrics, then nothing now. Just playing the waiting game. Oh well, we're probably the minority here. Hoping that we all get approved soon!

Put me on the same boat, we only got a touch right after biometrics (10-27-09), then nothing... I think they must be sleeping there. We have to be patient and wait a little bit more... but I am crazy as well checking that on-line page every day...
