While I understand that there are some unsafe places in the US, STAY AWAY from those places. Along with being the most free country in the world come the circumstances and outcomes of giving those freedoms to everyone.

I really know of no place in the world where you are 100% safe, if there are people then there will be safety issues. People cause the problems, some people are just "not very neighborly"

The OP's question is retarded. Unless there's a country out there as small as an American neighborhood, whether you feel safe or not depends on where you are and what you're doing.

And who you're with. When our CIO goes to Colombia he has bodyguards. I'd bet he feels pretty fuсking safe.

only was in SYR for 2 months but never felt in danger at all at any time, it's quite safe there.

i've felt more unsafe in downtown LA or southeast DC than countries overseas....maybe one sorta ghetto area was southeast turkey.

Mindanao is totally safe! As long as you keep your head! There are segments of the population that made it clear to me many times I was not welcome.
