Wow.. that was pretty damned harsh. Yes I use Google all the time but I was looking for some feedback as to what the deal is as to all the ex pats having it every week... is it a common cultural thing? Thanks for the positive response!

Have you ever had it? This explains the chuckle when they described it as stew... Was it good? Or should I say worth the try next time I am there?

It is called Manish water because they say it increases increase male virility. Maybe that is why they were chuckling.....It is called the Jamaican viagra

Very "man"-ish.

Hmmm. maybe I'll start serving this every weekend whether it's needed or not........

in china it's the dog soup that give you a woody you can't get out the restaraunt door if you don't leave within a half an hour after eating. i don't think it's the dog meat, rather the particular combination of peppers. regardless, two chinese girls took me out to dinner in a beijing restaraunt one night some years ago, and the next day none of us could walk right.

It is disgusting. But, a Jamaican wedding tradition.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
