my case was completed with the nvc July 7th 2009 i was wondering how long after that for an interview date the nvc told me sometime in August

Well.. just to let you know i got mine completed June 29th and I am still waiting, there are others ahead of me and also they are waiting for that interview dates..But I guess it depends on how busy is the US Embassy in your country..

hey! count me in!! My case was completed June 23rd.

A friend of mine (also VJ member) called NVC and was told that she will probably get an August interview.

Her case was completed one day before me.

Nope nothin' today. I called today and JR told me that I have not yet received an interview but that I should shortly. So gave me a bit of hope. He told me to call back after the 15th. I'll call again tomorrow. :)

My NVC Case completed 6/26 still waiting for an interview too... You know they say anything worth having is worth waiting for...

The US governement is just providing a another useless service,,, making us wait....

Ugh. My hubby's case was complete on April 3rd...still no interview and NVC will never tell me when I should get one! Who are you lucky people talking to that they say that?? ;) I was told scheduling isn't complete, to call back the 15th. Will keep calling before then though.

SO happy to have my hubby here! Sorry I didn't update, once he came, I spent very little time online. The journey is SO SO HARD, but SOOOOO WORTH IT!!!!!

My wife's case was completed June 17th and the appointment letter was E-mailed to me on the 19th. She has an interview Aug. 12th.

She just recieved her packet two days ago in Costa Rica, but it's the same papers they E-mailed me on the 19th.
