Good day! I just talked to my sisters in the philippines and my mom pass away this morning( US Time). She didn`t respond anymore in the medicine and she didnt make it.

Please include my mom in your prayers for the Eternal Repose of her soul.

What is my option now? Do I have options. I am so depressed because of this. Can I go home even I don`t have advance parole? I don`t know what to do right now?

Thank u so much and God bless us all!

Love,

Netscot

My condolences to you and your family..... Two years ago I also lost my mother. She was sick for a year, was comatose for a month. But came out of it. She was in and out of the hospital for the whole year until she came home to God. I was beside my mother with the whole family when she breathed her last...... I can just imagine how painful it is for you not to be with your family in the Phils right now. But please take comfort in knowing that your mother is now in peace with God in heaven. I hope somehow you can find a way to go back to the Phils and see your mother for the last time.

Thank u so much . I got my advance parole yesterday from our mail man here but I can`t booked my flight going home because my husband want to be sure how long can I stay in the Philippines. And such what name should I be use in my ticket .Is it my married name now who is in my advance parole or my maiden name? Please I need some clarifications right now. I wanna go home soon.

One thing also. I want to make sure how does the Advance parole look like. I received 2 identical approved letter with my picture in the bottom and a space for thumb mark like a box. Is it okay now? I don`t have lawyer to clarifify my confusions.

Thanks u so much and May God bless us all!

Your advance parole is correct, 2 sheets of paper, make sure you take both with you. You can safely stay outside the US for 6 months if you needed to.

As for your flight tickets you have 2 options:-

Book flight in the same name as your passport and take your marriage certificate to show the name change for your advance parole.

or

Book the ticket in your married name and again use your marriage certificate to link your married name to your maiden name.

Good Luck and I am sorry for your loss.
