Case Complete... Finally....

I just called up NVC and was informed that case is completed as of yesterday. I cant believe it. It was a long long wait.

I agree with Waheed on the issue about appointing an attorney.

One should never use attorney.. i have a very bad experience with the attorney..

our case was at NVC on 01/13/2009 and has completed on 05/11/2009. and its all cause of our attorney.

they always stick to der own mindset and do not work towards getting things move faster.

and the worst part is inspite on havein a attorney we had to face 3 RFE. and all of those for his fault. we had given all the needed documents to him on 01/16/2009. still we had to face all this...

Any ways... Now the case is COMPLETED.....

I cant expect to get the interview in JUNE as i believe NVC has already scheduled the interview for JUNE. I thing i miss'd by few days...

never the less

i am so happy atlist the case is completed now.....

i dont have words ... cant express how m i feeling at this point......

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

2009-04-17 : NVC Received and assigned case # (18 days after NOA2)

2009-04-22 : Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill

2009-04-22 : Return Completed DS-3032 trough e-mail (accepted by NVC on May 04, 09, finally after 12 days)

2009-04-23 : Pay I-864 Bill

2009-04-28 : Return Completed I-864 (NVC upload in their system on May 1, 09)

2009-05-04 : Pay IV Bill

2009-05-05 : Receive IV Bill in our email

2009-05-06 : Return Completed IV package/DS-230 (NVC upload it in their system on May 11, 09)

2009-05-26 : Case Completed at NVC (39 days from case# assigned)
