no, I just sat on something.. no, you should get approved.. at least one of us will be moving along..  This morning I called DOS again, and spoke twice (of course, I need two confirmations before I truly believe them)..

First time : a guy answered and I told him my wife received the waiver on Friday, but we were told it would be deleted from the system.. I asked him should we fill it out.. he said : "you can regard or disregard that".. Inside I was going #######?? but I repeated what I originally said, and then he said : "no you don't , but it would be better so we can continue your case.. also, we will contact her when it is ready".. what is ready?? (the visa or a new waiver??)..

Second time : a lady answered and told us "how did you know you had a waiver?" I just told her : "I recently called this morning, and the guy told me".. she said they aren't supposed to give out anything, and that they were supposed to only tell me I am still under "AP" and that I had an interview in April 2009.. (no ######, how did they figure that out?? also, I went to the freaking interview and stood outside waiting, so I should know the time and date)...

so basically I'm not getting anywhere again.. I'm going to call again and see what is happening and see if I can get another different answer..

that is so ridiculous

hopefully it's confirmed.. but yay for me!! Of course like you know, I called again today (4th time, including my wife's call).. to find out if we really need to file a waiver or not.. a lady picked up and she right away told me "no waiver necessary".. then I talked about the two retarded calls from the morning, saying the guy told me "you can regard or disregard the waiver".. and she confirmed about three or four times throughout the whole conversation that we didn't need a waiver.. they are going to take it from the system (from last Thursday?? how long does it take??).. anyway, they said once they remove it, they can "continue with the process" of her case.. but can you guess what the next "process" is?? I may be too optimistic, but that's all I got right now.. :star: :star: so I'll let them be for about two weeks.. my next call is set for July 10 (considering this week is a short week, I'm going to give them this week and next week, up until Friday)..

of course if something comes up (like another possible waiver or problem), I'll be up their their asses so fast you can't even blink.. hehe.. I'll be raining down calls from hell on them..

Another day in this new week. I find myself at work as usual, waiting, checking USCIS on line status as often as possible, wondering Will it be this day? I read other threads of someones love finally coming home, as they take time off of work to spend special time with them, I envy them. I ofter wonder, Will I have this soon, 3 months or 4 months down the road.? Each day is sader and sader, been waiting 22 days today since got the email from CRIS of evidence received and case resummed processing, etc. etc. Feels like a eternity since that email. All I know at this point is that in September I will be on a plane to see my husband, its the only sure thing in my life I can actualy count to. Its a hell of a way to live ones life, especially when your heart is thousands of miles away. How does one cope day after day of waiting and then disapointment cause it was not YOURS that was approved. God help us all and show us your mercy.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Beth, havent seen you in a few. I really hope you hear something soon. I have given up on the checking you are in reference to. I am sure it has been 2 weeks since I have even tried to log in .

So how is everyone besides being hopeless and lonely ?

I just pretend like it doesnt matter anymore. Because I may LOVE my husband and miss him with my whole heart but there is no reason for me to be upset every single day. The more upset I get the more hopeless I feel, and I would rather be happy or just at least not upset a majority of the time.

Ahhh, somedays life is just overwhelming. I am thinking that I want to paint something today .... maybe I will change the bedroom before husband gets here.. I need something to keep my mind occupied.

Courtney, that's a great way to look at it. I try to be that way too. Not be to upset everyday. Anyhow, good luck to us all!

Yes Courtney does have a great way to deal and look at things. I truly wish I was like that. I just worry about husbands residency card expiring in France Nov. 6th, he will have to leave France, and I dont want him to return to Algeria. Trying so hard to get thru this and have the latest a October interview. We will see again what this week brings. Short week for me, off Friday. Happy 4th of July all, may God bless us all.

Truly happy!!!
