Hang in there Beth, everyone is pulling for you and we are all pulling for each other. Im thankfull we have a site like this to come to and vent, the highs and lows are sometimes sad and many are happy. I just keep in my mind always that nothing in this world happens by mistake and everything is out of my control. We have all taken the action we can thus far the rest is out of our hands. Just keep your faith and try to be strong. If ever you want to vent pm me and I will give you my phone number, I'm a good listener. To all of us still waiting we will get through this together.

My deadline date is July 8th as I was told by a little birdie at USCIS, per CSC give it atleast 30 days from receipt of CRIS email of resummed processing etc, blah, blah, blah, to expect a decision from CSC. I can live with that. 7 more days!!!! Easy, peezy!!!!

Truly happy!!!

No GOGO, I will contact him again on July 9th, that is the time that CSC said I would have a answer. A few more days wont kill me, plus gives me time to work on my email to them, cause if I have to email them again, I dont just want to ask, Whats Happening.

I got enough to keep me busy till then with work, the house, the yard , and the long holiday weekend.

I think everytime a person checks on their status, they get put back at bottom of pile, I truly do think that. Its like USCIS is punishing us asking them status about OUR life.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

but if I had not ASKED and KEPT PUSHING, I never would have gotten my approval, or got rid of that waiver.. I think sooner or later you will blow (haha, like me) and let them have it.. they will listen.. if not, I'm going to use the higher-ups and attack from the top too.. it is getting ridiculous for all our cases..

No I will be fair, 30 days per Mr. DD. Plus I have his email, and IF I need to email him July 9th, I will just add on to HIS email to me to remind him of what CSC said of 30 days. Plus in all reality, Im not past 8 months processing time, like you are way past it. 8 days wont kill me.

No I got a answer from him within 15 minutes of the email I sent him.

I wonder if CSC told him 30 days after the resummed processing email of June 8th, , if CSC will mark the file to do it by time they stated to Mr. DD????

Here is a partial of that email:

I contacted the California Service Center concerning your inquiry into the status of your petition on behalf of your husband. They stated that the I-130 was filed by you on 3/12/09. The response to the request for evidence was receipted on June 8, 2009, and the SC advises inquirers to allow 30 days after receipt of their response for a decision to be rendered.
