Yeah I've tried a bunch of different addresses which I'm very familiar with in NJ... it got my info right but a few others it missed a few big ones. Like for one address down near the shore it missed a grocery store down the street.

80 here, in the suburbs of San Francisco. Most of the homes in the area (including ours) were built as tract homes in the late '50s and early '60s. It's definitely sprawling suburbia, but we're a quarter mile from a small strip mall with a large Safeway grocery store and a couple of restaurants, and just a tiny bit further away is a regional mall with a cinema, food court, Macy's, Sears, and the other things you'd expect in a mall. All the kids on our street walk to school about a tenth of a mile away. I walk to work. I'd say the 80 score is accurate overall, but that web site has outdated info on the nearby businesses, listing places that no longer exist, and missing newer businesses.

Which is exactly why we bought the house we bought in our village last summer. We wanted lots of stuff within a walkable distance and we love it! It's great for us and the kids.

same here...not to mention just because you can walk to 20 bars within a mile doesnt mean its "walkable" although some will disagree
