OMG as the title said my heart is still pounding writting this message I just found out 2minutes ago that our case was approved . :dance::dance:

we sent the petition 30th of september NOA 1 3october so I guess Im sep-october filler Lol

I ve had a very bad I was fired from my job :crying: , I sent an email to my co worker telling her that I lost the job when I saw 1msg inbox I thouigh it was her when I see CRIS ....status case receipt....I was about to faint as we just sent RFE 4days ago I opened and yes we were APPROOOOOVED ...

and guys you are the first to know Im calling my baby just noooow ....

good luck to everybody september and october fillers .

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list
