Hi,

We just received our MSC number today for I-485 & Employment Authorization, is there any way we can check online for the status? When I check on USCIS it says the case does not exist?..

I guess i wanted to join this section, part ended up posted on the main board. :(

Anyway, i wish good luck to every one of us! I am waiting for my NOA2 too. Just got biometrix done on 04/18/09 in Pheonix. I can see my I-765 and I-485 right after the biometrix done. But I can not even check I-130 or I-131. Anyone knows why? The receipt numbers all started MSC.

I am in Phoenix too. I did the Biometrics on March 18th and I am still unable to check the online status. What visa did you have?

Had my biometrics on 2nd april,09. Called USCIS today. They said fingerprints has been recieved and work permit is being processed. Hope i get it within this month or 1st week of the next.

I received my interview letter today! Woohoo! It's scheduled for 6/4. I can't wait! :jest: It's pretty quick to receive an interview letter...only a month and a half after I filed my paperwork. I haven't received my EAD yet, but I know I'll get it soon.

Yup congrats its really moved fast. I dnt know whats happening in my case. Saspak has at least the EAD card and the SSN in his hands. But as i was counting you got your interview letter a bit more than a month after your biometrics. So i think i can wait some days more as today I have completed a month, after my biometrics. Keep us posted. Congrats again .

Anslesis are you being able to check your status online with your MSC numbers ?? I try once everyday and with no luck till today. Each time i call them out each operator is different ....... yesterday i called they cdnt see my status online and then the 2nd operator didnt even ask for any number or anything just asked when was it submitted, when i said march 2nd, he said well then call back after 3 months. Nothing can be said before three months........... i dnt know what do these people think of themselves ....... God or what ........... so rude and irresponsible. :ranting: May be i will have to get my wife (the petitioner ) call them to see what happens.

No, I can't check my status online. I don't think the online case status is accurate. So, I wouldn't worry too much. My interview letter is dated 4/28, exactly 1 month from my biometrics.

Biometrics for me were done on Friday at 10am. It took almost 10 mins. Although the people working at the Oakland Park, FL don't really speak English, thankfully I speak 4 languages and was able to understand everyone.

Hi Christera22! Howz it going with you? Any luck with the EAD and AP? I received my Learners Permit in the mail today. No touches on I-130. I-485 is still not viewable online. Stopped calling CRIS since they aren't any help. The online system is a major disappointment since even after receiving my AP and EAD, it says under process online. NY field office is currently processing April 2008 cases for AOS. So don't know when to expect my interview date.

Its one month 2 days since my biometrics........... i wait for the postman everyday like a crow in a desert for a drop of water. ;) ...last time they said that fingerprint has been recieved and the work permit is being processed. Hope something wd come this week. Keep in touch
