Apparently it has all the documents you filed at USCIS, your i-129f and also your PCC, CFO/CENAMOR (I guess that is what it is for fillipino unmarried beneficiary). Basically all the paper work minus anything you submitted as relationship proof. Just simple forms.

Also i-134 sponsorship papers.

Lose it? dunno. It contains documents needed for AOS and is sent to your local service center.

If you open it you usually need to have it re-sealed at the Embassy.

Make sure you keep it close and turn it in at the POE, it has all the goods on you for the AOS.

I heard it has yummy brainsss in it, that the POE people eat to keep happy.... :o

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

The medical packet to give at POE?

Actually it is your ENTIRE or substantially your entire "A" (Alien) file....

If it has been opened you will be denied entry into the U.S.

In Rio the airline scrutinized it tmake sure it had not been tampered with, before issuing the boarding pass.

At the POE it was thouroghly examined then carried by a USCIS employee into the imigration room.
