Check cashed 2/17

Got all 3 NOA's - 2/21 (Notice date - 2/17, the day the check was cashed)

Got all 3 NOA's with 3 different MSC numbers. So far so good.

Hi, I got my 3 NOAs also on Friday 20th Feb. It was great knowing that my paper has arrived safe, now is to wait for the Biometrics appointment letter to come.

That is a difficult check to write and watch being cashed out of your account. I know it is for a wonderful cause, but I think many of us in these

hard times found at least a little saddening to write away $1000. It is all worth it in the end I tell myself and that money will find its way back into

our lives via work, happiness, and togetherness with the loved one in our lives :)

We mailed my AOS application last February 12, 2008 to Chicago lockbox and today is February 23 still I have not received any letter yet. I'm wonderin why its taking so long. :blink:

Received my biometrics appointment for March 7 yesterday! Was a bit worried because I received the NOA's a week ago but relieved now. Good luck everyone.

I-129F sent to Vermont: Late May 2008

NOA1 received: 17 June 2008

NOA2 received: 2 September 2008

Receive NOA2 about 3 1/2 months after sending

NVC received:

NVC left:

Consulate Received:

Packet 3 sent: 22 October 2008

Interview date: 18 November 2008

Visa approved: 18 November 2008

Arrive in U.S.: 20 January 2009

Marry Fiance: 26 January 2009

Mailed AOS: 7 February 2009

AOS application received by USCIS: 9 February 2009

NOA for AOS/EAD/AP sent from USCIS: 12 February 2009

Biometrics appointment received: 23 February 2009

Biometrics Appointment: 7 March 2009

Interview for AOS: 28 May 2009

Hmm, strange quirk with my appointment letter:

The USCIS office that serves your area is the: West Palm Beach Field Office.

This office is located at:

920 Banyan Boulevard

West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

Yet, the appointment letter lists a different address?

we sent ours on 12th too. did you send yours with signature confirmation? ours was signed for on 17th and i got the noa1's yesterday. can you see whether the checks have been cashed? remember that there was a holiday on monday 16th which might have slowed things up a bit. i hope you hear something soon!
