i hear about this on the radio earlyer, the quote from him mentions her not letting him see their kids either, and it was clear hes just doing this out of spite and pettiness over the unamicable split they have had.

though if i was in his shoes i'd prob be more bothered about being in court to fight for visitation rights instead as i fail to see how this will make his situation better. :unsure:

I bet she was all "oh please give me a kidney - I love you" when she wanted him to save her life, but now she has the life saving organ, all bets are off. I doubt he will get anywhere with this, and certainly won't get his kidney back, but I support his claim. He was so devoted to her that he risked his own health by trying to save her life. She let him too. Ungrateful cow.

It appears that the guy just wants to publicize what's going on and get the ex some bad press. I don't imagine he expects any money (or indeed the kidney) out of this. People do selfless things all the time, and sometimes they get screwed. I suspect there's more to this story, tho.

Oddly, I've been thinking about such things because my mother-in-law donated a kidney to her husband a couple of years ago (they're in their 60s). He was quite ill and had been on dialysis for three years before the transplant. Now that things are kinda back to normal, he's driving her crazy, expecting to be waited on hand and foot, and generally being a colossal pain in the #######. I wonder if she has any regrets. A terrible thing to say, I know.

Sounds like the kind of guy that would come home and rub it in everyday. "You know you're only alive because of me and my kidney".

Regardless, the court will consider it a "gift to the marriage". No return, no reimbursement. This guy just wants to be evil. If he cared

about his children, he wouldn't involve their mother in such petty nonsense.

I'm thinking there could be a good reason why she'd want a divorce from this guy. It's all about HIM.

Some people around these parts would like to dothis with green card grabbers, if they could sue they would. bitterness is just a denial of admitting and learning from a mistake. He did right thing donating kidney. let it go DR you looking like a pompus jerk.

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

No doubt a surgeon (uh hmmm egos ) on call with attitude , lil scrub tech on side , maybe a gussied up pharmacy rep. yah whatever ..Im sure wife had her reasons to do and leave. Its hard job being maried to a DR.
