Hey Friends,

I got approved on both I-130 and I-129F on 12/18/2008 at 6:00pm. For many of you, you know the feeling and I'm much of the same way.

Special thanks to lot of you for help & support. :dance:

07-23-2012: I-130 received by PHX lbx (forwarded to california)

07-23-2012: Priority date

07-30-2012: I-797 receipt received

1. CR1 [Completed: 2009/Total Days: 325]

2. ROC [Completed: 2011/Total Days: 222]

3. CITIZENSHIP [Completed: 2012/Total Days: 125]

4. US PASSPORT [Completed: 2012/Total Days: ]

Congrats!

Try to keep the I-130 moving through NVC, use the shortcuts, and with luck, the CR-1 will arrive before the K-3 interview, if so then should be an interview for the better CR-1 "GREEN-CARD" visa.

If it looks like CR-1 may not arrive before K-3 interview, you can always reschedule the K-3 interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
