Oh my goodness!!! Hamdleallah!!!! They approved us, I'm having heart palpitations....

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 12, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I'm not ready with the other papers yet, oh my goodness... breathe.

I swear they are working so fast, everyone... whoa, wow, you'll be approved so soon, I know it.

This has to be a record. It's fastest I've seen. I hope I am a little bit lucky too.

Transferred to CSC - 22 December 08

Last Touch - 02 January 09

Still no more touches - as of today - 11 February 09

NOA2 - 23 February 09 (and can not believe it)

Case Received at NVC - 27 February 09 (so excited)

AVR Updated - 28 February 09

Need to change Processing Embassy - How long will this take?

Spoke to representative about this and emailed request along with copy of Leave to Remain in Country of Residence - 03 March 09

Still no DS3023 - as of today -03 March 09

I've lost track of the timings. It had been long and tedious. Finally cahnged interview country, it then took 2 to 3 weeks for them to accept my DS3032.

DS230 Sent - 06 April 09

Interview Pack Received - 11 May 09

Interview Date - 11 June 09

additional info required arrrgggg!!!! NVC said I had everything.

All doc sent in with Passport - 22 June 09

Text Notification that Passport is ready - 24 June 09 (coming by 8am tomorrow - wish me luck.)

I agree, the waiting is too much - I see approvals all over I want mine too (everyone on here get to NVC!).

I cant even work right, I keep checking my email for CRIS and this site and another site and the wait continues and continues.

I'm right there with you. I can't help but check the sites to see who is getting approved.

I am locked out of the USCIS website from home and work so I can't even check. It tells me my username is incorrect but I don't now how that could be. I signed in at home yesterday around 3:30 pm and then tried again around 5:30 and it wouldn't let me in. I called the USCIS today to see if they received my fax that was sent on Sunday... No record they say. Called my attorney and he is in court all day.... I want to be able to call my husband in Costa Rica and tell him something good instead of saying " no, I didn't hear anything today"

Thanks everyone and I think USCIS might have attended this faster because really he's not Jordanian but a Gaza refugee, but I didn't file refugee status as he lived in Jordan all his life but he isn't allowed to leave with no 'country' to go back to as Gaza is not even a country let alone on the list to pick here in VJ :( It could have been a consideration, and sadly, my husband said he was only 50% happy because the rest of his heart is bleeding like his family left in Gaza.

My visa just got touched again today- hopefully the next time now will be our approval. My husband is about to leave to go back to America for work after being here for 4 weeks over Christmas i'll be sad to see him go so I'm excited that things finally seem like they are moving forward
