Ours was transferred to CSC last December 17 then got approved last January 9. :-) We filed for I130 last July 29, 2008.

apparently, CSC employees don't go by the the oldest date on the files, they go by they order they randomly slam it to their desks. I hope all June and august get approved this week.

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 12, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I'm not ready with the other papers yet, oh my goodness... breathe.

I swear they are working so fast, everyone... whoa, wow, you'll be approved so soon, I know it.
