November 12th

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

so i'm going to say this tues., oct. 28.

i'm either eternally optimistic, or severely delusional.

I just have a question in between this game... Why some of you guys think that it will take longer than 4 months ? Even when the centers were slow to approve petitions during july/sept/october they are still respecting the 4 months for most of the petitions. It is supposed to get faster in november.

I don't want to break your hopes but I was sure to get my NOA2 in about 120 days or 130 ... 'cause it was the french average at the CSC...

But... I got it after 156 days... I was really going crazy about that wait.

So think about 5 months, like that if its come sooner you'll be really happy :)))

No way if I don't want to be depressed tonight... I will continue on my 4 months thoughts and if I don't get my NOA2 at the end of november I will think about your 5 months proposition ;)

I guess just looking at the average times it seems to be 5 months on average. I dont want to get my hopes up. I guess i rather be surprised by my expectations then disappointed.

I'm gonna say March 8th, as that's the date 2 years ago that we decided we were both deluding ourselves if we thought we couldn't make this happen, despite the time, money and distance. Here's to making magic happen!
