A new week,,,

A new week and a lot of nothings. I hate this game vsc is playing, teasing us with some touches and no approval. Lets pray this week brings some approvals and some touches for march files. Hopefully the feb people are all approved? I guess we just do what we been doing wait and see? take care

Glad to hear about the touches you have and are receiving. We both have similar timelines, hopefully this is a sign for good news ahead for the rest of us. There maybe an approval headed your way soon. Lets pray and keep those fingers crossed.

Lot of people from April to July have been getting touches. I feel that they are just organizing the files or doing something with those files. I feel that whatever they are doing should be done by the end of this week. So, if not this week, we should see the approvals coming from next week by latest.

I really hope that we see some approvals...even if it's not mine, but someone else's... as long as we see something moving.

Your I-130 and mine are only 2 days apart. Maybe we'll get some good news soon. I only had one touch which was 9/27 and then nothing... I'm starting to worry that they just looked at our application and said, "Ah, don't like this one" and tossed it...as we never got a touch after that (and others usually get several touches in a row).

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

I petitioned at the end of July for I-130 and begining of Aug for I-129F. Over the weekend I got a touch on the I-130. I hope this means they are wokring on something..

I hope to get a b'day gift since it's coming in mid-October

My Birthday is today! Maybe they will be really nice and make a present for me! :innocent:

By the way, does anybody know how long usually it takes to get approval if the case is given to an adjudicator???

We didn't see any activity on our case since 8th of May. Yesterday my husband called VSC and they said that our case was assigned.
